PRODUCT/SERVICE WARRANTY

 

PORTRAITS:  Craig Bybee Photography will refund all money collected if, after previewing the photographs on the computer (internet or at our studio) and prior to actual processing of prints, the customer is not satisfied with the quality of the photographs.  All sales on print orders or photo session processing after previewing the photographs are final.  Replacements will be provided for defective prints due to processing upon return of defective merchandise.  If reprinting the defective photograph does not solve the problem, a refund will be given at the prevailing re-print price rate.

If a customer fails to inform Craig Bybee Photography of their dissatisfaction with the photographs within 14 days of Proofs being accessible on CraigBybeePhotography.com OR the customer does not make arrangements to view the photographs in our studio within 14 days of the photo session, any payments made to Craig Bybee Photography will not be refunded.

Craig Bybee Photography will not refund any money or be responsible for storing photographs and session packages after 90 days from the date of processing.

 

WEDDINGS:  All wedding photography contracts require a reservation fee in order to reserve your event date.  This down-payment will be refunded if the event is cancelled within 120 days of the scheduled date.   If Craig Bybee Photography is unable to provide services on the event date a full refund of the down-payment will be given.
