RESERVING YOUR WEDDING DATE:

All reservations are first-come, first-served.  In order to reserve your wedding date we require 1/2 the purchase price of your wedding package as retainer.  Please call, email or CLICK HERE TO CHECK THE AVAILABILITY OF YOUR WEDDING DATE.  There are a limited number of Saturdays available, so you should reserve your date as soon as possible.

CONTRACT:

You can download our Wedding Contract in Adobe PDF Format by Clicking Here .  We do not require a signed contract in order to reserve your date, but we need it signed and sent to us as soon as possible.  We will not show up on your wedding date if we do not have a signed contract.

 

PAYMENT:

All payments are due on or before your wedding date.  Your wedding date will not be reserved until we receive the retainer fee in full (unless agreed upon by Craig Bybee)

 

TRAVEL OUTSIDE OUR AREA:

We travel free within a 50 mile, or 1 hour radius from Connersville, Indiana.  We use Map Quest in order to determine distance to your wedding/reception site.  For travel outside of this radius, we charge $45.00 an hour (1/2 hour minimum).

 

PHOTO CHECKLIST:

We require that you complete the Photo Checklist and get it us 14 days prior to your wedding date.  This list is important for both of us so that you get the shots you want, and it should include any special shots you require.  We cannot guarantee that every shot will be captured, but the list gives us a great amount of insurance that they will be photographed.  You can download the Wedding Photo Checklist in PDF by Clicking Here.

 

REFUNDS:

Refund of your retainer fee will be given if requested within 120 days of your wedding date.  Because your cancellation takes that date off our calendar, we need ample time to attempt to get another booking for that date.  Many times, due to planning months in advance, a canceled reservation results in lost income for us.  Please allow up to 30 days for delivery of your refund.

 

All retainer fees are non-refundable after your wedding date is 119 days from the date of request.  Requests for refund must be in writing or verbally over the phone by the person who made the initial reservation.

 

COMPLETION OF YOUR WEDDING PACKAGE:

You wedding package will be completed no later than 90 days from the date all choices and approvals have been completed by the bride and groom.  Sometimes the bride and groom do not complete their choices for several months after the wedding.  This is why final payment is required prior to or on the date of your wedding.  The quicker you  make your choices, the faster your package will be completed.

 

DELIVERY OF YOUR WEDDING PACKAGE:

After we notify you that your wedding package is completed, you can either pick it up at our studio, or we will have it shipped to you at your cost.  If you desire shipment, you can either send us the shipment amount or accept the package COD.  COD will include shipping and handling charges.  We will notify you of the COD charges immediately upon shipment so you will be informed and ready to accept the package.
